Our Services

Three seasonal plans that cover the Calgary pool year from first warm week to first frost.

Service 1 of 3 · $175 CAD

Spring Opening Visit

Removal of the winter cover, a system check of pumps, filters and heaters, and water testing to confirm the pool is ready for the start of the season.

Most Calgary pools sit under a winter cover for five to six months, so the first visit of the year is as much inspection as it is start-up. We pull the cover, check for anything that happened over the winter, and only then bring the system back online.

What's included

  • Winter cover removal, rinse and fold for storage
  • Pump, filter and heater start-up check
  • Skimmer, returns and valve inspection
  • Water test for pH, alkalinity and sanitizer level
  • Written note of any parts that need attention

Seasonal Maintenance Plan (May–Sept)

A scheduled run of visits through the active swim season covering water testing, chemical balancing and equipment checks, logged after each stop.

Rather than a single appointment, this plan runs as a series of visits across the swim season. Each stop is short, logged, and lines up with how Calgary summers actually behave — warm stretches that need closer chemical attention, cooler weeks that need less.

What's included

  • Weekly or bi-weekly visits, May through September
  • On-site water testing and chemical balancing
  • Filter, pump and skimmer basket checks each visit
  • Visit log left with the homeowner after each stop
  • Priority scheduling for mid-season equipment questions

Winterization & Closing Premium Package

End-of-season draining of equipment, winter-grade chemical balancing, and cover installation, with a final walkthrough to confirm the pool is set for the colder months.

Closing is the visit homeowners most often try to skip, and the one most likely to cause an expensive repair bill the following spring if it is rushed. We treat it as a full shutdown procedure, not a quick cover-and-go.

What's included

  • Equipment draining: pump, filter, heater and lines
  • Winter-grade chemical balancing before shutdown
  • Safety or winter cover fit and installation
  • Plumbing and skimmer antifreeze application
  • Final walkthrough and closing checklist review

How the work goes

1

Request

Tell us which service you need and a few details about your pool.

2

Assessment

We review access, equipment type and the pool's condition, by phone or in person if needed.

3

Scheduling

A visit window is confirmed, built around the season and our route for that week.

4

Visit

The technician completes the checklist for that service and leaves a written log.

5

Follow-up

Any follow-up items are flagged, and your next seasonal visit is noted on our schedule.

Most requests are scheduled within a few business days; spring and fall are busier, so earlier contact helps.

Who this is for

Homeowners with inground pools

Our three plans are built around standard residential inground equipment and typical Calgary cover setups.

Owners who want a written record

If you like to see exactly what was checked and balanced at each visit, our log format is made for that.

People planning their season ahead

Booking an opening and a closing together at the start of the year keeps both dates secured.

These plans are not a fit for above-ground pools or commercial facilities — reach out and we can point you toward what you need.

What is not included

To keep the three plans clear and fairly priced, they do not include major repairs, liner replacement, equipment installation or new pool construction. Those are scoped and quoted separately once we have looked at the job. See Pool Construction for how that process works.

A note on pricing

The prices above cover a standard residential pool with typical access. Larger pools, hard-to-reach equipment pads, or a cover in poor condition can change the time a visit takes; we flag that before starting, not after. Questions about common questions are answered on our FAQ page.
