Maintenance & Service
The Seasonal Maintenance Plan, in detail: what happens at each visit and how the schedule works.
$650 CAD · May–September
Seasonal Maintenance Plan (May–Sept)
A scheduled run of visits through the active swim season covering water testing, chemical balancing and equipment checks, logged after each stop.
Calgary summers swing between warm stretches that push chlorine demand up and cooler weeks that need less attention. A fixed weekly schedule does not always match that, so we review the visit interval as the season moves, while keeping the plan's price and visit count consistent.
What each visit covers
What we test and use
Water chemistry kit
pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness and sanitizer level are checked on-site at every visit.
Standard pool chemicals
Chlorine, pH adjusters and clarifiers are added as needed to bring readings into a safe range.
Equipment tools
Basic hand tools for skimmer baskets, filter housings and pump strainer baskets, carried on every visit.
Consistency across the season
We cannot promise that your pool will never need an extra visit or a part replaced — equipment wears, weather varies, and swim load changes week to week. What we do keep consistent is the method: the same checklist, the same testing steps, and a written note left after every stop so you can see the readings over time rather than relying on memory.
How visits are scheduled through the summer
The Seasonal Maintenance Plan does not run on a single rigid day-of-week slot. Instead, we set a target interval when the plan is booked — most households land on a weekly or bi-weekly rhythm — and the office team confirms each visit a few days ahead so you know when the technician is coming. If a stretch of hot weather pushes water chemistry faster than usual, we can move a visit earlier within the same billing period rather than waiting for the next fixed date.
Visits are grouped by neighbourhood where possible, which keeps our routes efficient and our prices steady from one property to the next. If your street is on a Tuesday route, for example, your regular stop will usually land on a Tuesday through the season, with occasional shifts for holidays or weather.
Billing runs for the full plan, not per visit, so a shifted stop does not change the price. If you plan to be away for a stretch of the summer, let us know ahead of time — we can space visits around your travel rather than skipping a stop entirely, which keeps the pool in good condition for when you return.
Who the plan is built for
Busy households
Families who would rather have testing and balancing handled on a schedule than squeezed in around work and school.
First-season owners
New pool owners who want a professional baseline for what normal readings look like before taking over care themselves.
Seasonal residents
Owners who travel through part of the summer and need someone keeping the pool balanced while they are away.
The plan is scoped for a standard residential inground pool. If your pool is unusually large, has a separate spa attachment, or runs non-standard equipment, mention that when you book so we can confirm the visit length that fits.
