Who answers your message
Enquiries are read by our small office team, not a general call centre. For scheduling questions on a visit already booked, mention your name and the service so we can find your record quickly; for new requests, a short description of your pool is enough to get started.
Before you book an existing visit
If you already have a confirmed visit and need to change the date, mention the service and the original date in your message so we can find the booking quickly without a back-and-forth.
